I have been promised that the undelivered item would be delivered, but, to date, in spite of being informed by the carriers that the item was returned to them, I am still awaiting my order.
In fact, to add insult to injury, I have had no response from this company since Feb 2011 - in spite of sending constant emails as well as following their advice and exercising patience.
I am now fed up, but have no idea how to bring this company to task (tried the ombudsman, but received a response saying basically to follow it up privately).
How can this - or any - company be permitted to handle the public this way with no come-back?
